This session applies math principles water operators use in the treatment and distribution systems as chemical dosages, flows, detention times and pressure.

This session reviews the Total Coliform rule, sample collection, preparing Health Reports, Public Notifications, and a review of water quality disinfection practices to microorganism.

This four-day course is designed to meet the requirements of NYS Sanitary Code Part 5 relative to the training required to receive New York State Water Treatment Operator's certification.

Become familiar with essential tools utilized by controls technicians, including insulated screwdrivers, signal generators, ethernet crimpers, and multimeters. Explore various types of senosrs used in the field, understanding their functions and applications in control systems.

Acquire fundamental skills in programming PLC 500 systems. Understand the symtax and logic required for basic applications, covering topics such as input/output configuration, ladder logic programming, & communication protocols.

Students will program basic machine movements and create programs using common canned cycles using G&M Code programming. Students will also learn to write programs for the lathe that include macros, sub programs, live tooling cycles, and calls for automation
