In an increasingly complicated world of employment law compliance where even HR struggles to keep up with new developments, not teaching managers the basics can be costly.  It is the managers that interact with employees daily and everyday there is an opportunity for problems to arise that a manager my not have been trained how to address.  This course will cover federal and NYS laws regulating every aspect of the employment life cycle.
