This four-day course is designed to meet the requirements of NYS Sanitary Code Part 5 relative to the training required to receive New York State Water Treatment Operator's certification.

New Supervisor Training  focuses on the skills needed by emerging, new, or recently appointed team leaders or first line supervisors. The program is ideal for employees who are new to planning, coordinating, and directing the work of others. This comprehensive 4-day program is a combination of lecture, hands-on exercises, group exercises, and tools for future success. This course is  for candidates applying for wastewater certification for an activated sludge or "A" facility.  

This course is designed for operators of distribution systems serving greater than 1,000 people. Topics include pressure zones, booster stations, storage tanks, fire protection and disinfection.

This 60 hour course will provide instruction for Basic Wastewater Operations to individuals seeking to become certifiied. The course follows the DEC curricula guide for watewater treatment plant operators. Textbooks are included.

This four-day course is designed to meet the supervisor management requirements for the New York State Department of Health Grade I certification course for water treatment operators. The course is a mixture of lecture and interactive activities. The Manage for Success textbook and course materials are included in the cost.
