Core Safety Our Construction Tech Safety Classes prepare students for the job site with essential skills and certifications. Training includes OSHA 10, construction math, blueprint reading, tool safety, and job-ready communication. Foundational The Fundamentals section of our Construction Tech program gives students hands-on experience in the essential building blocks of residential and light commercial construction. From masonry and floor systems to wall, stair, and roof framing, students gain practical skills in each phase of the building process. Learn how to install ceiling joists, apply various roofing systems, and complete structures with professional exterior finishing techniques. Students also earn lift certifications, adding valuable credentials to their toolbox. Skilled Trades The Skilled Trades section prepares students for real-world work in key areas of construction. Learn the essentials of residential electrical systems, HVAC basics, and plumbing, including DWV systems, plastic and copper piping, and fittings. Students also gain hands-on experience in drywall and interior finishing, while earning valuable credentials like Lift Certification and First Aid/CPR/AED.
