Grade 3 Supervision & Technical Operations (Olean) - 4081
This in-person, highly interactive course is approved by the NYS DEC to satisfy the training requirements for persuing a Grade 3 or higher certrifciation. The course covers problem solving, decision making, communications, planning and more. The Manage for Success textbook is included in the course price.
Grade C - Dunkirk (3726)

This three-day course is designed for systems with facilities for basic treatment and/ or pressure zones, booster stations, storage tanks, fire protection, disinfection, nonresidential consumers, cross-connection potential, demand variations, and more.
Grade D - NFWB (3090)

This course is designed for operators of distribution systems serving greater than 1,000 people. Topics include pressure zones, booster stations, storage tanks, fire protection and disinfection.
Basic Wastewater Operations Lab - NFWB (3097)

Each applicant seeking certification at the Grade 2 or 2A level or higher must be able to conduct the necessary laboratory tests to maintain proper operation of a wastewater treatment plant. This course covers collection and analysis of wastewater samples.
Basic Hydraulics (3092)

This session will review treatment and distribution operations for flows, pressure, storage capacity, operations and maintaining drinking water quality.
Disinfection (3093)

This session will review calculating rate of filtration and backwashing. It includes the examination of filter media efficiency to meet the filter turbidity rule and cleaning filter media as well as selecting and applying chemicals.
